NE Taxpayers for Freedom will sponsor a taxpayer tea party on Tue. Aug. 11, at 6:30 PM, at the Omaha City-County Bldg. at 1819 Farnam Street.  We will hold a short demonstration before the public budget hearing begins at 7 PM.  At the hearing, we will present the city council with a load of petitions signed by taxpayers in the Omaha area who oppose any tax hikes or new taxes.  We invite everyone to testify or just sit and listen while wearing a taxpayer watchdog tea bag sticker.
