"Sun Dawg Hut at Walnut Grove Park"

If you're looking for a Tea Party on July 4th, you're in luck!! There will be an Independence Day Tea Party in Omaha at Walnut Grove Park, from 11:00am to 3:00pm. This will be at the Sun Dawgs Hut. *Enter the park near 150th & Q...where the road forks, just keep going straight (don't go left) and it will lead you right to the Sun Dawgs Hut (covered picnic area near the pond). Bring your lawn chairs and Tea Party signs!!

The Nebraska Taxpayers for Freedom group is the primary sponsor, and The912Project-Nebraska is helping co-sponsor along with other like-minded groups in the area. Guest speakers include Congressman Lee Terry and author Michael LeMieux, and there will be musical entertainment as well.

There is a space reserved for The912Project-Nebraska to set up an info area. Members who wish to assist with this, please email Dawn. Our group is providing iced tea for the event.
